I own Pinnacle Studio Version 9 and it is horribly unreliable. It prone to freezing and crashing so I am throwing in the towel with Pinnacle product.
My primary used will be making DVDs shot with my digitial camcorder, but I have other uses for it.
I want a reliable software package that can also export the sound from the video to an MP3 file. I will shooting videos to promote a new website for a video blog, but I also want to export the audio to an MP3 file for possible podcasting.
Whoever gives the best recommend for a non-Pinnacle produce will get the 10 points.

What video editing software should i get thats below $100?
i want to get a video editing software so i can cut out frames from a video so i can make movies with my video games and i want to cut out the hud like in red vs blue. the reason i want the video editing soft ware to be under $100 is because i want to get thedazzle premium pack.

Not sure what the price is, but I think I remember is was under $100 and it is a super duper package! Can't say enough good stuff about it.
