I bought Pinnacle …
I bought Pinnacle Video Capture for Mac. It didn’t work on any of my 3 Macs and It took 6 months of emailing their customer services (without success). I repeatedly asked for my money back and they completely ignored my request. Needless to say, I won’t be buying or recommending Pinnacle products in the future. The most satisfaction I got was putting a lump hammer through it!

I’ve used Pinnacle …
I’ve used Pinnacle software plenty, and I have to say that I would NEVER recommend Pinnacle, ever. The hardware works pretty well and it gets the job done, but the software is very poorly designed. Using Pinnacle Studio alone uses up more system resources than running Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and Photoshop all at once. TVCenterPro stops working with no warning constantly. Unfortunately, you HAVE to use Pinnacle software to use most of their hardware.
